This is a gallery from the plugin “FooGallery”. The style is carrousel. Lots of options of different galleries are available with the plugin, and each of them can easily be customized on their own.

Plugin called envira gallery. I do not believe it lets you create other types of galleries for free. All the options need to go to Pro.
